Refund & Return Policy – FurFreePaws

Overview  
At FurFreePaws, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a great shopping experience. If you experience any issues with your order, our support team will review your request and work with you to find the best possible solution.

Due to the nature of our global fulfillment operations, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To process your request quickly, please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following solutions:
• A replacement item  
• A partial refund  
• A full refund

Order Not Received  
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment with our logistics partners. If the package is confirmed lost or undeliverable, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a full refund.

Order Changes or Cancellations  
Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they enter the processing stage. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns  
Due to international logistics and fulfillment processes, we generally do not require customers to return items.

In rare cases where a return is required, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Situations  
Refunds or replacements may not be issued in the following situations:
• The item has been used or damaged by the customer  
• The issue is reported more than 7 days after delivery  
• The shipping address provided by the customer was incorrect  
• Minor variations in color, size, or appearance due to screen differences

Shipping Delays  
While we work with reliable logistics partners, international shipping may occasionally experience delays due to customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand. These delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds while the package is still in transit.

Quality Inspection  
All orders go through a quality inspection process before shipment to ensure products meet our standards.

Refund Processing Time  
Once a refund has been approved, it may take 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment method, depending on your payment provider.
